Every year in October, the Executive Council asks media institutions to enter books/products of high quality for the prizes (see Ground Rules).
The Executive Board may decide to consider for entry books/products that have not been entered by media agencies for the prizes.
Any person or institution is welcome to submit books/products that should be considered for the prizes in terms of the Ground Rules, to the Executive Board.
